Hi
Looking for a bit of advise with regards to the below to see what is achievable
I want to join house A to a separate garage B (pink section to be built)
The DPC of the existing garage is much lower than the house and I need to increase the depth of the internal floor and would also like to increase the height of the external patio (green) so the opening is flush when I add a french door to the garage and eliminate the need for steps.
Is this possible at all with suitable drainage or additional dpc. Garage is double skin with a 20mm cavity
The distance where the dpc will be low is approx 2 meters although 1m of that will be newly installed french door
Thanks in advance
