Quick question for the timberframe experts here. So I'm in the early part of a single storey timberframequick extension. I'm out the ground on 140mm concrete blocks, with the plan being a timberframe with proprietary render finish.
My question is a fairly simple one, do you bed the DPC on mortar prior to setting the sole plates? Or do you just lay the DPC on the top of the block?
