DPM for garage conversion

Hi, Quick question for you experts.

I am in the process of converting the attached garage to a dining room. the floor is concrete with dpc and dpc on the wall about 200mm up. I am planning to lay 4x2 with 18mm chipboard at the same leve as the floors in the house.

Do i need to lay a DPC between the concrete at the 4x2 ?

you should be more concerned about floor insulation and convincing b.c.

you will also need to make a good effort to ventilate the void you create too.
