Drain cock on 8mm pipe

Hi guys. I'm wondering if there is a drain cock I can swap for a straight coupler on the 8mm pipe under a rad. Ideally I'm looking for a straight swap but don't mind a bit of work.

compression or soldered?

If compression then get an 8mm x 15mm comp coupler and a 1/2" drain off

If soldered then an 8 x 15 end feed reducer and a 15mm coupler then the drain off

If I got the reducers can I get an inline drain ?
Or would it be better to use a 8x8x15 tee and put the cock on that ?

If you mean that there is a coupler in the middle of a lenght of pipe then yes an 8x8x15 tee will do.

Make sure the heating is off when you do that as it could cause a nasty burn

OP don't use the valves with the built in drain off as they are sh*t. You will regret it in the long term. Do the job properly and you will only need to do it once.
