Drain Trace Costs

I have hit another issue with my build. I have two man hole covers on public land jsut outside my property and the Land regisrty deeds showing dashes running though where we are piling for the build.

I have been told to get a CCTV report and and drain trace to mark out exactly where these run. Does anybody have what costs these should be, who has done it.
