Ok, get it jetted then have a drain camera survey carried out.

Had a similar problem , the interceptor was blocked but the overflow in it was clear so water would back up until it overflowed at the interceptor and kept repeating till water company cleared the main blockage ( but only after several visits) whenever they visited the overflow had taken most of the water away so they assumed all was good.

Update:
Severn Trent have come out - it seems there’s a bubble in the pipe where the drain drops off into the sewage area in the road.
The drain and the bobble is out of my boundary - they have a raised a job for the diggers to come out and rectify.
They had to go via management to get the job signed off
