Drainage issues

My GE won't drain properly. Water backs up in the bottom and just sits there. I have checked the bottom to ensure there was nothing blocking the drain and found nothing. I can't move the dishwasher to access any of it's incoming / outgoing water supply hoses...

HELP!?!
