Hey everyone. I have a Neff dishwasher which is not draining. I have checked that the waste hose is not blocked - nothing. I have checked the filter and that the drain pump is not blocked by some debris - nothing. I’ve now replaced the drain motor but still the drainage problem remains. What basically happens is when it gets to the part of the cycle where the dishwasher needs to drain, the drainage motor runs three times, each for about half a second, and then I get an E25 error.
ChatGPT is telling me that maybe there is a blockage in the air trap / pressure sensor, but I cannot find it or the little hose that is connected to it thay might be blocked. I’m wondering if ChatGPT made this thing up!!! Can anyone help? And any other suggestions for what might be wrong.
The model S513G60X0G/08 - a series 6 disshwasher from around 2018.
