Hi all I am glad I have found this forum.
Got a Neff built in dishwasher that will not drain. I have checked the filters and that the impeller is spinning freely. I have taken the pipes off underneath and cleaned them out then blown through them all to check they are clear of blockages.the pipe from the machine to the drain is also fine.
When the machine tries to empty I have watched the water try to go through the clear plastic manifold on the side. It rises up the pipe but only half way- it needs to go up to the top so it can fall down the other side and go out of the drain. The machine has been in place and working for over 7 years
