draining microbore system

Hi All,
Looking to drain and clean my system, its a highflow 400 boiler with a microbore setup. Im really struggling, there are two draincocks at the side door of the house, so i turn the water off to the house and open up the draincocks one at a time but no real flow from any of the two of them, also opened a vent on a radiator as well still no flow, not even an indication of pressure drop at the boiler, is there something to do at the boiler end im missing?

Are you sure the draincocks are for the heating? If so some have a washer in them which can stick. Unscrew and take the spindle rigt out and check there is no obstruction.
