am gettin good at this mi next question is :Q .What is the maximum fall for soil pipe .

And the man holes on mi site are about 12ft deep so can i just core drill through the 9" brick about 6ft down then just put a big radius 90 on the end

There is no maximum.

The recommended minimum is 1:40 although you can go much lower than this provided you have taken necessary precautions.

Basically yes, although you don't fit a bend rather than a 90° branch so that you can still rod. The bottom of the dropper will need a bend to direct the flow down stream but not so that it interferes with the existing channel flow. This bend will need to be mechanically fixed to the pipe bottom.
 
Noeall beat me to it again ;) As stated the recommended fall is 1:40 but the regulation minimum is much less, depending on expected peak flow rate. Although there is no maximum fall, using one too steep for the flow rate can cause water to flow faster than the debris causing it to “hang” in the pipe rather than be carried away with the water. :!:
