Draughty sun room

Hi there, our sun room/windows on living room are really draughty on the corners. So much so, that if you put your hand near the sill you can feel the wind coming in.
Is it a builder or a window company I need to get advice from?

House is only 12 years old.
3rd photo is of sill when I take off the loosely fitted (!) wood.

Get a lit match (long one), and see if you can locate the draught first. But windows are colder than people realise.
