Drayton LP722

I have a Drayton LP722 which I programmed and switched on 2 days ago but it will not turn the heating off. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have turned it to "OFF" mode but the radiators do not turn off.

Could be a sticking diverter valve, probably in the airing cupboard

Thank you. I'm not sure if the valve I can see is the correct one so have asked plumber to have a look.
