Am I being a bit dense or is it cheaper to buy the whole unit rather than the crown only?

But you can buy the head only on Ebay sometimes! Called head!

thanks for the reply Tony,

The client has a number of broken ones. The all seem to have broken where the plastic part of the head meets the metal "nut". I guess that in time the heat make the plastic more brittle and less robust when knocked/banged.

You could try the ACL lifestyle head,pretty sure its the same body so should fit.
