by changing the temperature from 20 to 21C on the thermostat I now have the problem that the central heating does not switch on in the morning even though the programmer shows that it is on (timed) but the water is on. However when it comes to the afternoon the central heating switches on fine - is there something wrong with the programmer? the only way I have got the heating to kick in the last 2 mornings is by switching the mains to the programmer off for a minute.
