Drayton wiser - heating not turning off - wiring issue?

Hi people,

I’ve just installed the single channel Drayton wiser hub, wired it as per diagram and it seemed to be working. I then realised the heating was continually running even when turned off on the app. The flame is out on the app but the boiler is still running. On the hub the set up light is green but the heating light isn’t on. Can anyone shed any light on this?

What was the previous thermostat? Was it decommissioned? Did you even have one? If not, have you removed the link? Have you also checked the boiler for safety afterwards as defined in the gas safety installation and use regulations 1998?

Hi,
The boiler was serviced not long before the thermostat was changed but no it’s not been checked since. I’ll get in touch with a heating engineer. I’d quite like to sort the thermostat in the meantime if I can.

The old thermostat was a honey well one. It was disconnected and the existing wiring used to connect to the new hub.
