Drill bit size for basin fixing kit

Hey what size drill bit do I need for this basin fixing kit, http://www.screwfix.com/p/fischer-wd-8x100-wall-mounted-basin-fixing-kit/77894

It has 2x s10 nylon plugs and 2 x zinc-plated stud screws (M8 x 100mm)

Try 20mm might be a bit loose!

The Fischer bolts are 14mm.

10mm plugs with M8 fixings - the clue is in the product code!

Ach these rawlplugs are useless, Resin Fixing is what you want to do, particularly if it's a big wash basin!!
