Fischer Basin Fixing Kit - pre drill?

I'm using Fiscner basin fixing bolts to attach a wall mounted basin to a stud wall I've constructed.

Any idea what size of 'pre-drill' I should use before screwing the M10 studs in?

Yes into very beefed up noggins!

Would 5mm pre-drilled holes be OK?

Just for future reference -

I pre-drilled with a 6mm bit.

They were a very tight screw in using mole grips.

But are a very secure attachment for the sink - Very pleased with them.

Coat the threads with silicone sealer next time. It makes things much easier.
