Drill for concrete - will this do?

BOSCH PBH 2500 SRE SDS HAMMER DRILL 600W

Seen this drill on offer for about £70. Is this a decent drill for concrete and brick walls. I am a DIY (from time to time) person, not a professional as my many posts on here demostrate.
