Drill to screw screw

I saw a tool today
The guy was drilling a screw direct - no pre drilling needed

Anyone know what it's called?
I've searched online and can't find

I call them drills, and sometimes call them cordless screwdrivers.

There are self-drilling screws, if that is what you mean.

I wouldn't call it a tool, though.

i saw the demo at grand design show sunday (last day)
company is called Toulan 2000
i looked up - the link on website doesnt work

i searched on google - cant find anything

Those chuck things did the rounds about 20 years ago from the likes of QVC and JML.

They were crap then, and they faded away just as quickly as they came out.
