Hello all.

Having a few problems, with a new build. Particularly drips onto window sills.

Problem number 1

Drips on to living room window sill. The windows in the house are essentially 3 window frames stacked on top of each other. See front.jpg in this link

I it seems that water is gathering on the first floor window sill, and dripping onto the one below. Water also seems to be collecting above the steel lintel below the first floor window frame. See video in the same link. Is that right?

Issue 2

Water drips from possibly the gable end onto the bathroom window sill (in heavy rain). Real heavy drips which you can hear throughout the house. Especially annoying during the night. See the side and side below pictures in the link

I know they are likley to do nothing about it. I am being overly picky, even though these things wind me up?!!

Thanks in advance

Seems there's not enough overhang on the 150mm sills, 180mm sills should of been used on the x3 on top of each other

Are the windows aluminium?

Thanks for the reply, and apologies for the late respone.

No, the windows are wood. I have had the builder out, who sent the window contractor to take a look. Their response is "that's the way it's supposed to be". I am not convinced, at all.
