I have a Heat Rae Sadia 22mm cold water combination valve on a Megaflo system that has just started dripping out of the bottom hole. Is this a simple thing to fix?

When you say the 'bottom hole' do you mean the one that feeds into the tundish (plastic thing with a 15mm pipe running into the top of it, a gap you can see through in the middle and a 22mm pipe running out of the bottom of it)? It could just be that your air gap needs re-charging, and this can be done by you. Look at your user instructions, they'll tell you how to do it.

The bottom hole is a small diameter at the bottom of what looks like a filter housing of about 20mm diameter. I have spotted the other thing you describe nearby - that is not the same bit I refer to.
