Dripping mixer tap

I have a mixer tap and it drips all the time, i have changed washer in cold tap but it still drips took apart hot tap but this is different, ie no washer. Is it the cold side or hot side causing problem? please help

Are you talking about O ring replacement on ceramic tap inserts? If ceramic fittings the replacement of these is the only real way of repair.
 
it has like a blue mesh attachment ,nothing like the cold side. i have not really studied it but should it have a washer same as the cold side

could the catridge insert be causing the problem, or is it more likely the cold side
 
Don't suppose their are any isolator valves below the sink to isolate the supply pipes one at a time to identify which one is faulty?
 
i will take a couple of pics tomorrow its at my mates house thanks for your help
