Dripping pipe on boiler

I hacv a worcester 24cdi in my small flat. The pipe on the outside wall from the boiler is constantly dripping. Why is this happening and what do I have tio do to stop it.

replace the pressure relief valve and have the expansion vessel tested

make sure the fill loop is disconnected

whats the pressure cold
