Hi folks, our shower (Triton Brillio bar mixer shower) is dripping.

Is it possible the internal parts need a clean, maybe some debris in there. Or is it likely to need replacement cartrdige. How will I know which cartridge needs changing . . . . the flow cartidge or the thermostatic cartridge?
And, final question . . . . is it an easy job or should I get a plumber in?
