Dripping tap for 5 seconds after turning off

Hi all

Kitchen mixer tap with 1/4 turn taps keeps dripping for 5-10 seconds after turning off the hot tap.

I've replaced the tap cartridge and removed the spout and given it a good clean.

The spout still drips but only on the hot tap.

What could be the issue? As it's only the hot tap I would have thought the cartridge the obvious problem.

Most taps now drip or let water out after being turned off, so what’s happening is standard
