Went to a job dripping tap. Needs a new cartridge. Is an expensive tap so can get the cartridge off the manufacturer. If order and arrives on time it will come 2 days before the customer goes away for 3 weeks. Would others tackle before they go or wait till return

Let them offer you a spare key so you can come and resolve any issues while they are away, then put the house on AirBnB for two weeks, allowing yourself one week to clean up before they return. Profit!
