I have a rose bush with several stems with 3 to 4 buds on each stem, but when each bud opens into a large rose the weight of it causes the individual bud stem to droop.
The main stems are supported by canes, but its the bud stem itself which is bending due to the weight.
It appears the bud stems are too thin to support the weight of the open bud.
The rose is called "Litchfield Angel" but there is nothing online suggesting this is a common problem for this rose.
Any thoughts why my roses are drooping? The rose bush is otherwise healthy and the open rose is looking good.
Thanks
