I've dry lined our new kitchen and have had it skimmed. I unscrewed one of the sockets to level it and realised there is quite a bit of airflow behind there. When the kitchen is in use and warm won't condensation form on the walls?

I've never known it to be a problem as long as there was no inherent damp problems in the walls behind. If you can feel airflow out around the boxes, air must be getting sucked in behind the boards somehow which is unusual but I still doubt it will be a problem unless cold air is being drawn in from the outside; I assume you have an external extractor fan/cooker hood fitted as per current BR's!

I think cold air is coming in from the top of the boards from the roof space. I just thought of warm air inside and cold air behind the boards might cause condensation
