Hello, I had an old window removed and plastered and a new one put into what will be a little office. The plaster around the window seems to be lightening nicely however the window is still quite dark. It was finished 1 week ago today. I’m keen to paint it but want to wait until it’s fully dried out. Is it normal to take this long? Thanks in advance.

I’d be more concerned about what it’ll look like when it’s painted.

Open window a little and stick a fan on. Not heat just a summer fan blowing air. Will dry out in a day or so.

Air movement is best option
