Hi. Sorry for my poor knowledge of what these are actually called, but i had a toilet that wasn't flushing and managed to figure out the valve needs replaced. I removed the valve and noticed the white plastic bit on the the bottom that forms the seal (no idea what it's called) is broken. It used to clip in but looks like a bit of plastic has broken so it just falls out now when you push the flush button. I found some photos online of the same valve and have put a red box around the bit that is broken.

Does anyone know what make this is? Can the small plastic seal bit be purchased separately? Or does anyone know a replacement valve that is the same size

and will just slot in to the fittings i currently have?

Thanks

Examine or post a decent picture with the writing on the side of that valve, looks like Wirquin, but unsure.

I inspected every inch of it and there was no brand on it. Just lots of certification things e.g. WRAS

Any ideas on make/brand of toilet? Nothing written where the W (circled yellow) is? Wras looks like it’s written above this.

No sorry. There's nothing on the toilet, the toilet seat or the valve. The fill valve however is Geberit but i haven't been able to find anything online from Geberit that looks the same as this valve

Anything here any use to identify it?

Thanks so much. I've been looking online for days to try and find it. It's is a crazy price! I take it the Screwfix one would involve replacing the while unit and not just screw in the new valve? I'd been hoping to get lucky and just find a replacement valve so I don't need to call a plumber but might be cheaper after all to get a new unit and a plumber to fit it!

Weirdly, when I enter the numbers on the valve it comes up Geberit? Maybe contact them? Failing that go for a reputable brand (Geberit are) so you should be able to obtain parts.

Ok, your toilet will need to be removed to fit a new flush valve. So you might need to get a replacement flush valve to fit your cistern.
