Hi

I need some help with fixing my dual flush cistern which is leaking into the toilet.

I screwed off the dual flush buttons and had a look at the washer. I guess I need to change the washer.

Please can you tell me:

a - How to take off the washer (plz have a look at the picture)
b - How can I find out which new washer to get and where from?

If you look at the first picture, I cannot figure out how to keep the grey part into the white part. The grey part does not stay in there and i cannot screw on the flush button anymore.

thanks for your help.

I would say the white plastic circlip is sprung off with a screwdriver twisted in the slot, the washer then pulls off try here for a spare, you will need to find some kind of makers name on the existing one though.
If not try emailing them the photos they are usually very helpful.
There might be a complete unit that fits the existing base.
