DUCTING FOR MAIN ELECTRICAL WIRE

Hi folks

Ive been quoted £1500 + vat to put in ducting for the mains electrical wire around 20 metres.. it involves lifting a fair amount of floor area and also mono blocking outside the house... can anyone advise if this is a good price?? Im in centra scotland if that helps
