Hi,

I have one of these cisterns the Vantage flush valve. I've now had to replace the washer a couple of times and am tempted to swap the flush valve for another type.

There's a flush pipe from concesled cistern to the pan.

Can it be done and any recommendations of one to swap to?

Thanks in advance.

I personally wouldn’t know, as I don’t deal with these. Do you live in a hard water area, or do you (or other half) use bloo loo or similar? The latter tend to destroy rubber a damn site quicker than nothing added imho

Hi,

Thanks. No blue blocks or anything like that.

Think I might try a fluidmaster one and see if it works...

To update I fitted a Skylo viva (the longer cable version). It works a treat. Was caught out by having no fitting to attach the flushpipe but b and q came to the rescue with a flushpipe fittings kit...
