I am redoing door frames & skirting. Done a coat of undercoat now doing top coat. Using Dulux Professional liquid Gloss. Is it meant to be like water? It is so thin & dripping everywhere, not even clinging to brush
no, it shouldn`t be like undercoat You need a decent ( acrylic for me) brush a paint kettle to decant some paint into- and tap the loaded brush on the inside - and some practise OR admit you`re DIY and use non- drip paint straight from a tin No shame in that

It is an oiled based gloss but Growler you were spot on with weather conditions - what a difference it makes. Anyway all finished now & so pleased I bought good paint. Thanks All

does it get warm in antarctica I remember Magnet Lead based gloss that got thick in the heat of summer doing outsides with my old dad - The old B`gur wouldn`t let me " ease" it too much with white spirit either
