I'm painting the exterior of my bay windows top and bottom. I've finished up some oil based Dulux Weathershield undercoat so was wondering if I can use the Dulux Weathershield quick dry water based undercoat for the 2nd coat. The top coat will be oil based Dulux Weathershield gloss.

Personally, I would not.

I have found water-based paint can bleed through oil-based gloss over time.

I'm not saying this is always the case, but I just cannot recommend this.
