Hi,

Last night I applied some alkali resistant primer sealer to a newly skimmed celing however I didn't clean the surfance first.

I can see lots of bits of dust... Should I sand these down or if I apply paint will it be hidden?

Thanks

Why did you apply alkali resistant primer sealer to a newly skimmed ceiling, was it the dulux one?
There was no need too, a miscoat would have been better.

What you need to do is lightly sand the ceiling, which is what you would do anyway prior to painting a newly skimmed ceiling, cause as its drying out it picks up dust particles etc.

Also lightly sand in between coats as well. :D
