Can anyone help by explaining what an error code E14 means on a Hoover washing machine? It's displayed at the end of the washing cycle and the door won't unlock. However, if you then put the machine on for a rinse for example, the error code disappears and you can open the door at the end of that cycle. Before I have to call out an engineer does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

E14 = Heating problem: Could be a break in the element (should measure 25 to 30 ohms), a defective NTC Probe, or bad connection/broken wiring in the heater circuit.
