E27 to G6.35 adapter

Anybody know if such things can be obtained in small quantities in the UK?

Preferably ceramic, as 400W lamps run pretty hot...

I've tried searching, and I've got to the stage where I could cheerfully punch in the face the search engine writers who decided that they know better than I what I want to search for, and that if it contains E27 and adapter that's good enough.

I have brought similar, but were bc to ses, from TLC in brentwood, so they may have access to other styles in the range
