E7 heating not working

I need help!!!

My E7 heating is not heating. Power is getting to the socket as red light is on when the times activates.

The rad is not heating up though.

Any tips to fix?

yep

storage heaters often have a thermal reset inside which cuts power if they get too hot.

it's easy enough to fix but first you gotta find it
