Early stages of costing an extension

hello,

I've never extended a house before so I'm after a few words of advise if possible please. I live in Wiltshire.

I know prices can't be accurate till builders have seen drawings but would any pros out there be able to help on rough estimates for a 2 floor extension.

Size is 3x3m

Ground floor will be a kitchen extension using same window and knocking through into dining room. New kitchen required.

1st floor will be a bedroom extension adding an unsuite. This will back onto original bathroom and the window will need moving.

Outside is half brick half block and cladded.

Thanks Noseall. I've read online about price per m2 but never know if that's anything to go by. Would £20k be to get the shell and roof up only or electrics and plumbing as well? I'd presume no kitchen/bathroom?
