Has anyone experienced this before (see photos). I've just applied a coat of easi-fill over some plasterboard that had been previously painted, but was flaking flaking which I scraped off and sealed with zinsser gardz, but now I'm getting this bubbling as soon as the filler is applied. I made sure the filler was mixed very well and I also applied the same batch to other areas and I havent had any isses.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
