Edge Isulation

Should edge insulation be bonded to the concrete block around the perimeter of the floor, or bonded to the DPM?

(Just re-read that and it's not to clear what I am asking, In front of or behind the DPM is what I should of asked.)

It should go in front of the dpm so that the dpm is against the face of the wall.

Thanks lads, I have done some of it that way, then a work colleague thought his was installed against the blockwork, casting some doubt in my mind.
All sorted know though.
