Edge of tiles

Bonjour,

Excuse the non-technical terms, but when it comes to roof, i dont know all that much.

At the side of the roof, where the tiles end,there is approx 1" of mortar/cement type stuff to fill the gap in between the actual tile and the roof.

Some of this has chipped off, and now there is a hole.

What exactly should I mix up to fill this hole in!!!!

If you are going to fill the holes used sand and cement mix on a 3-1 ratio(3 sand to 1 cement)
