Inlet of three phase, shop on ground floor with outer house, 2 flats above feeding off three phase, my suggestion to split is to use 6 way distribution board by ryefield. Then feeding into fused isolator and then relevant meters.
I would split this way
Inlet = 3 phase
3 ways to shop
1way to outer house
1 way to flat
1 way to second flat

Is ryfield the only option or are there other companies who make ditribution board.

Are the meters private? If not it is the supplier/DNO to decide this

Also what is the load of each unit & capacity of the supply?

The meters used will be private, current supply is three x 100a fuses, the load for flats will be fused at 60a each, the outer house and shop will be 100a fuses. consumer in shop will be three phase, the rest will all be single phase consumer units.
