Hi,
Still working on ideas for a separate small toilet in the hallway.
I was wondering if there is an electric water heater that will just warm the cold feed sufficiently to wash your hands. There is no need for scalding hot water. Also, if I was to plumb in the hot water feed, by the time the combi boiler has produced the hot water and it has reached the sink, the user would have completed the hand wash in cold water. So a warm water heater directly under the sink would be ideal.
Thanks
Mike
