Electric hob trips rcd

This hob trips the breaker and corresponding RCD whenever I turn on hob #2. It’s fine for all other hobs but consistently fails with #2.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this and how it can be resolved please?

If you are tight for cash, new rings are £15 on eBay.

Easy to replace. Just Google/YouTube it.
