Electric hob

Hi,

I installed an electric hob and all worked fine when i tested it, about 1 week later 1 of the rings stopped working the other 3 still work fine .

When i installed the wire connections i used bridges (3) as per in instructions all worked fine 240 v

Any help will be great or is this a fauly hob ?

I'd suspect a faulty hob, or it's possible that one of the bridges you put in has come loose (if you didn't do the screw up really tight, it's possible that as the large current has passed through, the screw has come loose)

As well as the bridging pieces, check the spade crimp connections are secure and tight.
