Hi There.
I live in a block of flats with all electric appliances - no gas. My electic hot water cylinder appears to have an overflow pipe to the outside and I have noticed a drip from it. I have run the hot water and the drip slows down and stops. Does anyone have ideas as to the problems please and if so, is it a straight forward fix? It wouldn't be so bad if the drip wasn't landing on my downstairs neighbours bedroom window sill!
Thanks for any help.

have you googled the cylinder to find installation manual?

if its an unvented cylinder the expansion bubble or expansion vestle has lost its charge, the manual would give you the details to recharge this.
