electric shower recommendation to cover pipe with isolator valve

I'm wondering if an 8.5kW electric shower exists that would swallow up all or most of this pipework under the case of the shower? It looks like we could remove about 30mm of the pipe above the isolator to make it a bit shorter, or the alternative would be to remove the isolator, or cover the isolator separately. The walls are going to be covered with multipanel. Any recommendations, please?
